"The pram with the missing cover"

I bought my grandaughter a pram for 629.00 in october 2011. i was made up with the service we got but we were the top cover for the buggy part short and was promised for it to be sent out we waited 3 months had to contact them and then when we did receive the cover it was for the wrong part we are yet still waiting for the cover so cannot use the buggy part of the pram;it has now been five months and we still havent received it am not one bit happy about this service i feel as soon as they receive the money you are forgotten about so do not pay until you receive all ur order .the staff were really friendly and helpful but just feel so let down over r pram. .
