"Dreadful customer service"

A review of Crystal Fires by Unhappy customer written on Wednesday 30th of November 2016

I purchased a Boston gas fire with driftwood and after using it twice the driftwood was discoloured with soot. I contacted Crystal who informed me that it was the installers fault. I had the Gas Safe installer back but I still have the same problem. I contacted Crystal who are not interested in my complaint..
